On the evening of October 24, at the Vietnam Property Awards 2025 ceremony organized by Guru Property, KN Holdings Group was announced as the winner in the \u201cBest Multi-Sector Developer\u201d category \u2013 recognizing it as the year\u2019s outstanding multi-sector developer.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Not limiting itself to residential development, KN Holdings is expanding its strategic vision with large-scale projects. Among the most prominent is the CaraWorld Coastal Mega City at Bai Dai, Cam Ranh City \u2013 a resort and entertainment complex spanning nearly 800 hectares. <\/p>\n\n

Realizing the goal of green development<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

In the energy sector, the Group has invested in and put into operation three large-scale solar power plants in Khanh Hoa: KN Cam Lam, Cam Lam VN, and KN Van Ninh \u2013 covering a total area of over 255 hectares, with total capital of nearly VND 4,300 billion and a capacity of 200 MWp. These plants supply approximately 320 million kWh of clean electricity annually, reducing CO\u2082 emissions by over 299,000 tons. This demonstrates KN Holdings\u2019 commitment to accompanying Vietnam on its journey toward green transformation and sustainable development. <\/p>\n\n

KN Holdings operates three 200 MWp solar power plants in Khanh Hoa, supplying over 320 million kWh of clean electricity annually.<\/em><\/p>\n\n

In terms of industrial infrastructure, amid Vietnam\u2019s ongoing FDI shifts and global supply chain restructuring, synchronized planning and green development play a crucial role. KN Holdings aims to develop next-generation industrial parks, striving to establish centers meeting green industrial standards, utilizing rooftop solar energy, and applying smart technologies in infrastructure construction, operation, and management. These industrial parks will integrate high-quality service and residential facilities for workers and specialists. At the same time, the Group will contribute to building vocational training centers, research, and innovation hubs to enhance workforce quality. <\/p>\n\n

In Dong Nai, the Nam Long Thanh and Dong Long Thanh industrial parks (Phase 1 of each covering 1,000 hectares) are being developed as next-generation industrial parks \u2013 integrated, environmentally friendly, and ready to attract high-quality FDI.Currently, these industrial parks are being master-planned and designed by leading Japanese partners, Nippon Koei and Nikke.<\/p>\n\n

Throughout its operations, KN Holdings has not only focused on economic growth but has consistently embraced its role as a community-serving enterprise.
