Pioneering Journey
1978 – NOW
Established the first private enterprise in Vietnam specializing in animal feed production
Founded Huy Hoang Co., Ltd. for textile and garment export – the largest and first garment export company in Vietnam
Operated Thuy Duong Tourist and Hotel Complex – the first large-scale coastal tourist area in Vietnam
Became the first company in Vietnam to build infrastructure projects under the BT (Build-Transfer) model, with the renowned Hang Xanh Interchange project in Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City.
Joint venture with Keppel Land to build Villa Riviera – the first and largest compound-style villa complex in Ho Chi Minh City
Constructed Long Thanh Golf Course – the first international-standard golf course designed and built by Vietnamese people, earning numerous prestigious awards.

KN Golf Links officially opened – awarded "Sân golf mới tốt nhất Châu Á Thái Bình Dương" (Best New Golf Course in Asia Pacific)
Inaugurated KN Cam Lam Solar Power Plant and KN Van Ninh Solar Power Plant
The 5-star Wyndham Grand resort at CaraWorld Cam Ranh began operations, becoming the first beach-facing resort adjacent to a golf course in Bai Dai – Cam Ranh.
Upgraded service standards and facilities at Tran Chau Resort, Ba Ria – Vung Tau.
Received approval from the Prime Minister for investment in 3 industrial park projects: Long Duc 3 Industrial Park (244 ha); Bau Can – Tan Hiep Industrial Park (1,000 ha); Xuan Que – Song Nhan Industrial Park (1,000 ha)
