On November 15, 2025, the groundbreaking ceremony for the Cara Water Park sports water park officially took place, marking the beginning of the journey to create an iconic recreational space at the heart of CaraWorld Cam Ranh.
Covering an area of 6.7 hectares with a total investment of over 25 million USD, the project is designed with inspiration from the legend of the carp transforming into a dragon, and is expected to become a new iconic destination for Bai Dai and Vietnam’s luxury tourism and hospitality market.
The developer, KN Cam Ranh, continues to underscore its project development strategy with a strong emphasis on world-class amenities, breaking ground on the water park in tandem with the progress of the residential components. At the event, a lineup of international partners was also introduced. Dreamlabs, known for its youthful design language and its ability to create contemporary urban icons, is responsible for the concept design. VGT oversees infrastructure design, construction of the wave pool, lazy river, and the water technology systems for the receiving pools. The attractions are supplied by Haisan, a brand that has contributed to numerous major water parks in China, India, and Southeast Asia. IBST is in charge of geological surveying to ensure structural safety. SWA is responsible for the overall master planning and the design of all internal amenities. The water park is expected to be completed and put into operation by the end of 2026.
