CaraWorld Investor Continues to Sign Partnerships with Major Travel Operators

The three-party signing event between CaraWorld’s investor, Lagoon Holdings, and eight reputable travel partners took place on July 26 at CaraWorld (Cam Ranh, Khánh Hòa).
The event marks the next step in the journey to operate and promote CaraWorld as a key tourist destination in Cam Ranh specifically, and in Khánh Hòa more broadly.

Establishing a Comprehensive Travel Network for CaraWorld
On July 26, the partnership signing ceremony between KN Cam Ranh — the investor of the CaraWorld mega-city — Lagoon Holdings — the F&B operation and management partner at the project — and leading travel companies such as Vietravel, Saigontourist, Hoàng Trà, EZCloud, Du lịch Việt Promotion, Vietnam International Travel Company Winner, and Du lịch Phong Cách Việt officially took place at the CaraWorld project.

Representatives from the three parties — CaraWorld’s investor, Lagoon Holdings, and the travel partners — proceeded to sign the cooperation agreement.

The event marks an important milestone in the strategy to commercialize certain amenities at CaraWorld, expand the travel partner network, and prepare to welcome domestic and international tourist groups. With the presence of well-established travel brands, CaraWorld is gradually completing its operational ecosystem under the “all-in-one” coastal city model, aiming to attract a stable flow of visitors.

The signing focused on cooperation to promote CaraWorld as a destination in tour programs, develop all-inclusive service packages, and coordinate the organization of MICE events, festivals, and seasonal experience tours. The companies also agreed to collaborate on training, share market data, and establish standardized, professional service procedures for both group and individual guests.

The agreement helps CaraWorld gradually complete its operational ecosystem under the “all-in-one” coastal city model.

The investor’s representative stated that this is a crucial step to gradually transition CaraWorld from the infrastructure development phase to service operations. With the support of experienced travel companies, CaraWorld aims not only to become a new destination but also to serve as a hub for events and high-end coastal entertainment in Central Vietnam.

Launching Amenities into Operation and Standardizing the Visitor Experience

Earlier, in June, KN Cam Ranh — the investor — signed a cooperation agreement with Lagoon Holdings to operate and manage F&B services at CaraBeach Club. The 1,000 m² complex, featuring a seafood restaurant, a Vietnamese restaurant, and a European-style café within CaraBeach seaside park, is scheduled to open in July.

The visitor experience is standardized through a diverse ecosystem of amenities.

Lagoon’s involvement is expected to support CaraWorld in establishing professional operational procedures while facilitating connections with travel operators to create a seamless visitor experience. In its role as the operations partner, Lagoon will collaborate with the investor to enhance service efficiency, particularly for group travelers, family guests, and MICE delegations.

CaraWorld, adjacent to Cam Ranh International Airport, spans nearly 800 hectares. KN Cam Ranh, the investor, positions it as a landmark tourism project aimed at establishing a distinct identity on Vietnam’s tourism map. The developer is rolling out 38 large-scale leisure, entertainment, and recreational amenities. Among them, the 27-hole KN Golf Links is already operational, attracting over a thousand golfers each week. Upcoming facilities, including the beach complex, water park, event plaza, House of Light, Summer Palace, and sea sports club, will be gradually launched. CaraWorld is progressively operating as a multi-functional destination, drawing both tourists and local visitors.

The event contributes to promoting the development of tourism in Cam Ranh in particular and Khánh Hòa in general.

The signing event among the parties marks the next step in CaraWorld’s tourism service development journey. Rather than focusing solely on infrastructure and real estate, the investor aims for substantive operations, creating in-depth tourism products, and gradually transforming CaraWorld into a vibrant, distinctive destination that makes a positive contribution to the tourism landscape of Cam Ranh and Khánh Hòa.
