CaraWorld Opens Sông Town Model House

The model apartment in the Ma Rốc subzone of Sông Town, inspired by North African architecture with flat roofs, balconies, and squared building blocks, was unveiled on the morning of July 26.

The launch was held at the CaraWorld project in Cam Ranh, as part of the Cara Festa event. The model building, constructed over six months, features warm earthy tones on the exterior, a flat roof, and an adaptable design suited to the local climate and modern lifestyle in Vietnam.

Palm trees, decorative planters in front of the porch, and a spacious yard create a light, refreshing resort-like atmosphere, well-suited to the coastal climate. The developer notes that the model apartment is not overly elaborate but still distinctive, offering a fresh living space for homeowners who appreciate a stylish yet minimalist architectural design.
