KN Cam Ranh receives Certificate of Merit from Khanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee on the occasion of Vietnam Entrepreneurs’ Day.

On the occasion of Vietnam Entrepreneurs’ Day (October 13), the Khanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee presented the Outstanding Enterprise 2025 Certificate of Merit to KN Cam Ranh Co., Ltd. – the investor of the CaraWorld project.

Outstanding Enterprise for Sustainable Development

The award is a recognition of the enterprise’s nearly 10-year persistent journey in contributing to enhancing the image of the tourism, entertainment, and recreation destination, promoting economic development, and carrying out community responsibility in Khanh Hoa Province.

Established in 2015, KN Cam Ranh is a core member of KN Holdings Group – a multi-sector investment unit encompassing resort real estate, services, renewable energy, industrial parks – logistics, and high-tech agriculture. Right from the start, the company has positioned itself with a long-term vision and sustainable development strategy, centering on people and the community.

On this journey, CaraWorld Cam Ranh – the first super coastal city in Vietnam located adjacent to the international airport and seaport, with a scale of 794 hectares at Bai Dai – is the signature project. Master-planned synchronously to include urban areas, community amenities, grand entertainment and recreation facilities, resorts, commerce, and services, CaraWorld is not only a prominent destination for tourists but also creates a high-class, modern living ecosystem for future residents.

In parallel with real estate development, KN Cam Ranh has also invested in three solar power plants in Khanh Hoa with a total capacity of 200 MWp, supplying hundreds of millions of clean kWh of electricity annually to the national grid, significantly contributing to the local green growth objective.

Connecting Value – Serving the Community

Consistently adhering to the philosophy of “Development integrated with serving society,” for many consecutive years, KN Cam Ranh has proactively allocated hundreds of billions of VND to accompany charitable, social welfare, and community development programs in Khanh Hoa and many other localities.

In 2024, in response to the movement “Joining hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses by 2025” launched by the Prime Minister, the Company and KN Holdings Group contributed 180 billion VND to 8 provinces in the Central and Central Highlands regions. Of this, 30 billion VND was exclusively dedicated to Khanh Hoa to build 500 new houses for poor households and policy beneficiary families.

Not stopping there, the enterprise also accompanied the 2025 Sea Culture and Tourism Festival, sponsored 10 billion VND for the Khanh Hoa Football Club, contributing to promoting cultural and sports life and advertising the image of the province as dynamic, modern, and friendly.

Speaking at the commendation ceremony, Mr. Le Van Chien – Deputy Director of KN Cam Ranh Co., Ltd., shared: “The Outstanding Enterprise Certificate of Merit is a great source of encouragement for the entire KN Cam Ranh team. This recognition is the driving force for us to continue striving even harder, making practical contributions to the development of Khanh Hoa Province and the country.”

CaraWorld Cam Ranh Beach Park attracts a large number of local residents and tourists to visit and have fun.

Previously, CaraWorld Cam Ranh and the facilities belonging to the project were also honored multiple times at prestigious awards both domestically and internationally. KN Golf Links – a 27-hole international standard golf course – has commenced operation, having achieved titles such as “Top 10 Best Golf Courses in Vietnam” and “Best New Golf Course in Asia Pacific.” The luxurious resort Wyndham Grand Cam Ranh, located within the project, has also been awarded numerous major prizes for design, sustainable development, and landscape architecture at the Asia Property Awards and Vietnam Property Awards. In addition, the CaraWorld Cam Ranh project was also voted as one of the “Top 10 Most Potential Resort Real Estate Projects in Vietnam.”
