KN Holdings honored as “Best Multi-Sector Developer” at the Vietnam Property Awards 2025
On the evening of October 24, at the Vietnam Property Awards 2025 ceremony organized by Guru Property, KN Holdings Group was announced as the winner in the “Best Multi-Sector Developer” category – recognizing it as the year’s outstanding multi-sector developer.
This accolade recognizes KN Holdings’ nearly half-century journey of sustained development – a pioneering private group that has built a multi-sector ecosystem, committed to social responsibility, and accompanied the nation’s economic growth through multiple phases.

Nearly 50 years committed to multi-sector, sustainable development
Founded in 1978 by two Labor Heroes – Mr. Le Van Kiem and Ms. Tran Cam Nhung – KN Holdings is one of the first private groups established after the country’s liberation, laying the foundation for a long-term development strategy based on reputation, business ethics, and community engagement. From producing livestock feed, paint powder, garment exports, and infrastructure construction, the Group has grown strongly and expanded its investments into five core sectors: real estate, services, renewable energy, industrial parks & logistics, and high-tech agriculture.
Over nearly five decades of development, KN Holdings has continuously refined its multi-sector ecosystem, where each field operates independently while also complementing and balancing the others. This interconnected structure enables the Group to maintain stability and proactively adapt to any fluctuations in economic cycles.
Today, the legacy built by the founding generation is being carried forward by the second-generation leadership, represented by Ms. Le Nu Thuy Duong – Vice Chairwoman and CEO of KN Holdings Group. As part of a young, globally-minded leadership team with deep market insight and a proactive approach to innovation, Ms. Duong plays a key role in brand repositioning, modernizing management, and expanding international collaborations.
A trusted partner of many international “giants”
Guided by the development philosophy of “credibility as the compass,” KN Holdings steadfastly pursues a long-term strategy, always placing community responsibility and ethical standards at the core of every decision. Over the years, KN Holdings has successfully partnered with international corporations such as Capitaland, Keppel Land (Singapore), and Maeda (Japan), delivering premium developments in Ho Chi Minh City, including Vista An Phú, Vista Verde, Feliz En Vista, Waterina Suite, and Define. These projects have not only transformed the urban landscape but also elevated the living standards of Vietnamese residents to a new level.
Not limiting itself to residential development, KN Holdings is expanding its strategic vision with large-scale projects. Among the most prominent is the CaraWorld Coastal Mega City at Bai Dai, Cam Ranh City – a resort and entertainment complex spanning nearly 800 hectares.
Realizing the goal of green development
In the energy sector, the Group has invested in and put into operation three large-scale solar power plants in Khanh Hoa: KN Cam Lam, Cam Lam VN, and KN Van Ninh – covering a total area of over 255 hectares, with total capital of nearly VND 4,300 billion and a capacity of 200 MWp. These plants supply approximately 320 million kWh of clean electricity annually, reducing CO₂ emissions by over 299,000 tons. This demonstrates KN Holdings’ commitment to accompanying Vietnam on its journey toward green transformation and sustainable development.

In terms of industrial infrastructure, amid Vietnam’s ongoing FDI shifts and global supply chain restructuring, synchronized planning and green development play a crucial role. KN Holdings aims to develop next-generation industrial parks, striving to establish centers meeting green industrial standards, utilizing rooftop solar energy, and applying smart technologies in infrastructure construction, operation, and management. These industrial parks will integrate high-quality service and residential facilities for workers and specialists. At the same time, the Group will contribute to building vocational training centers, research, and innovation hubs to enhance workforce quality.
In Dong Nai, the Nam Long Thanh and Dong Long Thanh industrial parks (Phase 1 of each covering 1,000 hectares) are being developed as next-generation industrial parks – integrated, environmentally friendly, and ready to attract high-quality FDI.
Currently, these industrial parks are being master-planned and designed by leading Japanese partners, Nippon Koei and Nikke.
Developing the business alongside community responsibility
Throughout its operations, KN Holdings has not only focused on economic growth but has consistently embraced its role as a community-serving enterprise. The Group regularly implements corporate social responsibility initiatives across five key areas: healthcare, education, environment, gratitude and commemoration, and disaster relief.
