On October 29, 2025, in Ho Chi Minh City, within the framework of the 5th Vietnam Industrial Real Estate Forum 2025, KN Holdings was honored as the “Outstanding Industrial Real Estate Developer with a Green Transformation Strategy 2025.”

The Vietnam Industrial Real Estate Forum 2025 continues to be a prestigious event bringing together regulatory agencies, experts, and leading enterprises, with the aim of promoting the trend of sustainable industrial development as Vietnam embraces a strong wave of FDI relocation.

As part of the program, the Organizing Committee launched the “For a Green Future” category (VIPF Green Future Awards) — an annual initiative honoring developers with a vision to build eco-industrial parks, utilize clean energy, manage resources intelligently, and promote the values of sustainable development.

Amid the global supply chain restructuring, KN Holdings has been implementing large-scale industrial park projects in Đồng Nai — a region regarded as the cradle of Vietnam’s industry and one of the key industrial hubs in the southern region.

Notably, the planning and design of these industrial parks are carried out in collaboration with Nippon Koei and Nikke — leading Japanese partners — ensuring international standards in engineering, operations, and sustainable development. This strategic investment demonstrates KN Holdings’ strong commitment to creating green, smart industrial spaces ready to attract high-quality FDI.
In 2024, KN Holdings was honored as the “Industrial Real Estate Developer with a Green Transformation Strategy 2024.” Being recognized again in 2025 in the category of “Outstanding Green Transformation Strategy” is a testament to the Group’s continuous efforts and sustainable long-term strategy.
