The leadership of KN Holdings highly appreciated KOCHAM’s important role in connecting and accompanying the Korean business community in Vietnam. The cooperation between the two parties is expected to open up effective connection channels, enabling investors to access a modern, environmentally friendly industrial park ecosystem aligned with sustainable development trends.
The focus of the cooperation agreement is on the KN Industrial City industrial parks invested in and developed by KN Holdings in Dong Nai Province. This is a new-generation industrial park model, oriented toward UNIDO’s eco-industrial standards. These industrial parks feature integrated infrastructure, the application of clean energy, and the incorporation of various support facilities for enterprises and workers, such as worker accommodation areas and centers for training and human resource development.
KN Industrial City is also one of the few industrial park models in Vietnam targeting net-zero emissions by 2050. This orientation is in line with the Vietnamese Government’s commitments at COP26 and the national strategy on green growth and sustainable development.

According to the Memorandum of Understanding, KN Holdings and KOCHAM agreed to focus their cooperation on three main directions. First, to support Korean enterprises in stabilizing their production operations and gradually expanding their investment in Vietnam. Second, to promote supply chain connectivity, partnerships, and the industrial ecosystem within the KN Industrial City industrial parks. Third, to serve as a bridge between businesses and the government and regulatory authorities, thereby contributing to the development of a transparent, stable, and favorable investment environment.
Representatives of KOCHAM highly appreciated KN Holdings’ well-structured development orientation, particularly its balanced approach between economic efficiency, environmental protection, and community interests. KOCHAM affirmed that it will actively support its members, especially Korean enterprises in the southern region of Vietnam, in exploring and connecting investment opportunities within the industrial park ecosystem developed by KN Holdings.

In addition to economic cooperation, the two parties also expressed their desire to jointly implement social responsibility activities at the local level. Proposed programs include charitable activities, scholarship awards for underprivileged students, and support for local communities in Dong Nai Province.
The signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding between KOCHAM and KN Holdings is expected to lay a foundation for substantive investment cooperation activities in the coming period. The event also demonstrates KN Holdings’ commitment to accompanying foreign investors and contributing to the further deepening, effectiveness, and sustainability of economic relations between Vietnam and the Republic of Korea.
