Labor Hero Lê Nữ Thùy Dương: A Journey of Service and the Creation of Sustainable
On the morning of December 27, at the 11th National Patriotic Emulation Congress, Ms. Lê Nữ Thùy Dương—Vice Chairwoman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of KN Holdings Group (Long Thành Golf Investment and Business Joint Stock Company)—was once again commended and honored, together with other collectives and individuals who were awarded the title of Labor Hero in 2025.
Previously, on December 6, 2025, the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People’s Committee, the Provincial People’s Council, and the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dong Nai Province solemnly held a ceremony to confer the title of Labor Hero upon Ms. Lê Nữ Thùy Dương.

The prestigious title of Labor Hero is not only a recognition by the Party and the State of outstanding contributions to socio-economic development, but also a source of great pride marking nearly 30 years of leadership marked by strategic vision, sharp thinking, steadfast resolve, and an enduring spirit of dedication to the community by Ms. Lê Nữ Thùy Dương.
General Nguyễn Trọng Nghĩa, Member of the Politburo, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, and Director of the General Political Department of the Vietnam People’s Army, presented flowers to congratulate Labor Hero Lê Nữ Thùy Dương.
Labor Hero Lê Nữ Thùy Dương has been directly involved in the management and co-led KN Holdings Group since 1997, guiding the enterprise into a new phase of development characterized by professionalism, modernity, and sustainability.
The core humanistic values forged from the philosophy of “Living with kindness and compassion – Working with integrity and conscience – Sharing with empathy” have become a guiding principle throughout Ms. Lê Nữ Thùy Dương’s leadership mindset and managerial decisions, shaping the Group’s identity of sustainable development.
She has consistently made tireless efforts to organize operations, enhance efficiency, and define long-term strategic directions for KN Holdings. Under her leadership, KN Holdings has continued to grow and strengthen its position, leaving clear and significant marks across multiple strategic investment sectors. To date, the Group’s total investment capital has exceeded VND 120 trillion, concentrated in three key areas: real estate, industrial park infrastructure, and renewable energy.
In addition to pursuing deep and broad development, KN Holdings has created stable employment for thousands of employees, made significant contributions to the state budget, and taken a leading role in social welfare programs—thereby spreading tangible values to the community, localities, and the nation.
In the real estate sector, building on the foundation of being one of the first private enterprises to invest in this field in Vietnam and owning strategically located land, Ms. Lê Nữ Thùy Dương, together with the Board of Directors, has successfully developed numerous high-end real estate projects in Ho Chi Minh City, including The Vista An Phú, Vista Verde, Feliz En Vista, Define, and Waterina Suites. This was followed by the large-scale coastal urban project CaraWorld Cam Ranh in Khánh Hòa. All projects have been implemented with complete legal compliance, integrated planning, and full-range amenities, thereby creating ideal living environments for residents and continuously increasing value for both customers and investors.
Continuing her strategic vision, in the industrial park sector, she quickly recognized global supply chain shifts and made investment decisions in industrial park infrastructure in Đồng Nai Province to attract major international corporations to invest in Vietnam. She shaped the development model of a new-generation industrial city following smart and ecological trends—integrating modern infrastructure and comprehensive amenities for both professionals and workers—aiming to lead high value-added industries, develop supporting industries, and strengthen industrial linkages.

Meanwhile, in the renewable energy sector, in response to the policy encouraging private sector participation in clean energy, she pioneered the investment and successful implementation of three solar power plants in Khánh Hòa—KN Vạn Ninh, KN Cam Lâm, and Cam Lâm VN—with a total capacity of 200 MWp and total investment exceeding VND 4,300 billion. These projects supply hundreds of millions of kWh of clean electricity to the national grid annually, reduce nearly 300,000 tons of CO₂ emissions, contribute to the acceleration of the renewable energy transition, and support the local budget.

Over the next five years, the Group will roll out seven solar power plants with a total capacity of 2,630 MW. This strategic move by KN Holdings supports Vietnam’s Net Zero commitments while aligning with the global trend of sustainable green development.
Committed to the Community: From a Compassionate Heart to a Lasting Social Impact
Anyone who has had the opportunity to interact and work with Ms. Lê Nữ Thùy Dương shares the same deep impression: a leader who is gentle yet decisive, intelligent, and resolute in her work, while also possessing great compassion and kindness in everyday life. For this reason, alongside her outstanding successes in the business world, she has devoted considerable effort to social responsibility activities, with a consistent focus on five key support areas: healthcare, education, environment, gratitude and commemoration, and disaster relief.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, at a time when the nation needed unity the most, she contributed VND 100 billion and 1,000 tons of rice—a noble gesture and a fearless spirit of community commitment from a socially responsible entrepreneur.
She has also supported the “Toilets for Children” program, constructing nearly 150 school sanitation facilities across 21 provinces, applying advanced wastewater treatment technology, and improving learning and living conditions for tens of thousands of rural students.
With a special concern for the homeland’s islands, she has been particularly devoted. The “For Beloved Truong Sa” golf tournament organized by her raised over VND 136 billion, with her personal contribution of VND 12 billion used to build the “Fresh Water for Truong Sa” project, providing precious clean water to the military and civilians who tirelessly protect the sacred sovereignty of the nation.
Among her notable social responsibility activities, Ms. Lê Nữ Thùy Dương also contributed VND 55 billion to the effort to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses in Đồng Nai Province. This is part of her nationwide commitment of VND 180 billion under the program launched to support the removal of substandard housing across the country.

Additionally, through a personal contribution of USD 4 million, she helped secure a total of USD 15.5 million in funding for the Global Fund. These funds have been used for tuberculosis and malaria prevention activities in Vietnam, with priority given to the National Tuberculosis Program. She has also devoted significant resources to other meaningful social initiatives, including contributing VND 25 billion to the “School Milk” program across 61 schools nationwide, and actively participating in programs such as school construction, solidarity houses, “Mother Sponsorship,” “Nutrition for Poor and Disabled Children,” and disaster relief efforts. All of these reflect her compassionate heart and enduring commitment to social responsibility.
For her outstanding achievements in economic development and meaningful contributions to the community, she has been honored with the First, Second, and Third-class Labor Orders, along with numerous prestigious awards from reputable organizations both domestically and internationally. Notably, on November 14, 2025, the President signed a decision to confer upon her the title of Labor Hero—recognizing with pride the valuable contributions she has made and continues to make to society.

Speaking at the ceremony to receive the Labor Hero title, Ms. Lê Nữ Thùy Dương expressed: “The title of Labor Hero is a great honor for me personally, my family, and the Group. It represents recognition from the Party and the State, serves as a tremendous encouragement for my continuous efforts, and proudly continues the family tradition built by my parents. Receiving this honor deepens my awareness of my responsibilities, constantly reminding me that every step of KN Holdings’ development must be associated with a spirit of service, sustainable growth, and long-term contributions to the nation.”
