Tan Hiep Industrial Park Joint Stock Company signed a consulting contract for planning Bau Can – Tan Hiep Industrial Park with Nippon Koei

The contract signing ceremony for consulting on planning ideas at a scale of 1/2000 for Bau Can – Tan Hiep Industrial Park (Long Thanh district, Dong Nai province) took place between Tan Hiep Industrial Park Joint Stock Company and Nippon Koei Consulting Company.

Ms. Le Nu Thuy Duong – General Director of Tan Hiep Industrial Park Joint Stock Company and Mr. Toshiyuki Fukuda – General Director of Nippon Koei Vietnam Company performed the signing ceremony between the two parties.

On the morning of June 17, at the office of Tan Hiep Industrial Park Joint Stock Company, the contract signing ceremony for consulting on planning ideas at a scale of 1/2000 for Bau Can – Tan Hiep Industrial Park (Long Thanh district, Dong Nai province) took place between Tan Hiep Industrial Park Joint Stock Company – the project investor and Nippon Koei Consulting Company – a leading technical consulting unit in Japan.

Bau Can – Tan Hiep Industrial Park Project is oriented by the investor to become an industrial – logistics center that meets the following criteria: modern, developed according to the green – smart – integrated industrial park model, using rooftop renewable energy systems, advanced wastewater and waste treatment systems; synchronous technical infrastructure meeting international standards on sustainable development; green space and comprehensive support functional areas such as accommodation and living areas for experts, housing for workers, hospitals, inter-level schools, vocational training schools, sports areas, supermarkets and other facilities serving experts and workers in the industrial park.

In particular, the project aims to meet the criteria of an eco-industrial park according to UNIDO (2017) and contribute to Vietnam’s goal of net zero emissions (Net Zero 2050).

The selection of Nippon Koei Consulting Company as the project’s consultant demonstrates the investor’s seriousness and determination in the quality of the planning, ensuring it meets international standards and is consistent with the orientation of clean, energy-saving, and sustainable industrial development.

The signing event is the first step in implementing the sustainable development strategy of the project investor, aiming to build an integrated economic – industrial ecosystem in Dong Nai. Besides, it contributes to attracting high-tech industries with high added value, making practical contributions to the development of science, innovation and socio-economic growth of Dong Nai and the whole country.
