Signing Ceremony for the Phase 1 Master Planning Consulting Contract of Xuan Que – Song Nhan Industrial Park
Xuan Que Industrial Park Joint Stock Company and Nikken Sekkei Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Nikken Vietnam) have just signed a consultancy contract to develop the 1/2000-scale master plan concept for Phase 1 of Xuan Que – Song Nhan Industrial Park.
At the ceremony, Mr. Hoàng Trọng Hoàn – Chairman of the Board of Xuan Quế Industrial Park JSC, and Mr. Kato Jun – Senior Executive of Nikken Vietnam, signed the contract on behalf of both parties. The ceremony marked the initial step in implementing the Project Investor’s sustainable development strategy, aiming to build an integrated economic–industrial ecosystem in Đồng Nai.
Mr. Hoàng Trọng Hoàn – Chairman of the Board of Xuân Quế Industrial Park JSC – and Mr. Kato Jun – Senior Executive of Nikken Vietnam – conducted the signing ceremony between the two parties.
With its advantageous location, the Xuan Que – Song Nhan Industrial Park Phase 1 project is oriented by the investor to be developed as a modern, green, and smart industrial park, while also serving as a major logistics hub in the Southern key economic region.
The master plan will integrate synchronized technical infrastructure, rooftop renewable energy systems, battery storage solutions with smart energy and operations management, as well as advanced wastewater and waste treatment technologies. Green spaces are emphasized, with solutions designed to maximize resource utilization within the industrial park, thereby contributing to the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions and creating a “green effect” within the park. At the same time, supporting functional areas are being developed, including accommodation for experts and workers, K-12 schools, hospitals, supermarkets, and other amenities to serve employees and professionals working in the industrial park. The project aims to meet the criteria of an eco-industrial park as defined by UNIDO (2021) and contribute to the Net Zero 2050 emissions target.
