KN Holdings Makes Its Mark at the 2025 Vietnam International Innovation Expo

Amid the vibrant atmosphere of the 2025 Vietnam International Innovation Expo (VIIE 2025), KN Holdings made a strong impression with its showcase of outstanding innovations, attracting significant attention from leaders, international partners, and investors.

KN Industrial City – Next-Generation Industrial City in Dong Nai

At the expo, the KN Industrial City (KNIC) booth — a key project of KN Holdings — stood out with the message “The Next Generation of Vietnam’s Industrial Park.” Master-planned by Nippon Koei (Japan), KNIC showcases a next-generation industrial city in Đồng Nai, adjacent to Long Thành International Airport, aiming to become a hub for the semiconductor and high-tech supply chain in Southeast Asia. More than just an industrial park, KNIC is designed as an intelligent production ecosystem that integrates technology, people, and the environment, with a target of achieving Net Zero by 2050.

The KNIC booth at VIIE 2025 showcased a range of green development solutions, including the use of renewable energy, water recycling systems, closed-loop waste management, and international eco-operation standards, reaffirming KN Holdings’ strong commitment to a sustainable development strategy.

A Nearly Half-Century Journey of Innovation and Creation

Founded shortly after 1975 by its founder, entrepreneur Lê Văn Kiểm, KN Holdings began as a producer of animal feed and pigment powder. Nearly 50 years later, the group has grown into one of Vietnam’s leading private enterprises, pioneering innovation and international integration.

KN Holdings currently focuses on five key sectors: (i) Real Estate: with large-scale projects, notably CaraWorld Cam Ranh, an international-class coastal resort, entertainment, and urban complex, symbolizing green tourism and sustainable development; (ii) Services: including golf and resort services, highlighted by Long Thành Golf Course and KN Golf Links; (iii) Industrial Parks & Logistics: with green industrial parks Nam Long Thành, Đông Long Thành, and KN Industrial City — forming the foundation for sustainable industrial development in Vietnam; (iv) Renewable Energy: with solar power projects in Khánh Hòa such as KN Cam Lâm, Cam Lâm VN, and KN Vạn Ninh; (v) High-Tech Agriculture: contributing to the creation of a clean and smart agricultural value chain.

Pioneering in Green Transformation and Social Responsibility

In 2024, KN Holdings was honored by the Vietnam Industrial Real Estate Forum (VIPF) as the “Industrial Real Estate Developer with an Outstanding Green Transformation Strategy,” recognizing the Group’s pioneering efforts in its sustainable development journey.

With the motto “serving society with all our heart,” KN Holdings continuously strives to improve the quality of life for the community and society. The Group consistently takes the lead in philanthropic activities. To date, the total amount the company has spent on social charity, gratitude and memorial activities, healthcare, education, and environmental initiatives has exceeded VND 2,900 billion.

Notably, during the COVID-19 pandemic, the Group contributed over VND 600 billion, helping protect the health of millions of people. In October 2024, the Group donated VND 180 billion to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses nationwide in response to the Government’s call, along with numerous programs supporting education, healthcare, and social welfare.
