KN Holdings Group Simultaneously Launches Two Industrial Park Projects in Đồng Nai
On the morning of December 19, KN Holdings Group held a ceremony to simultaneously launch two industrial park infrastructure investment projects in Đồng Nai Province: Bàu Cạn – Tân Hiệp Industrial Park (KNIC Nam Long Thành) in Long Phước and Phước Thái communes, and Xuân Quế – Sông Nhạn Industrial Park (KNIC Đông Long Thành) in Xuân Quế commune.
The two projects implemented by KN Holdings were launched simultaneously, as part of a nationwide series of groundbreaking, inauguration, and technical completion ceremonies for key projects and works across the country.
Bàu Cạn – Tân Hiệp Industrial Park: Shaping a New-Generation Industrial City
Bàu Cạn – Tân Hiệp Industrial Park is being developed as a new-generation industrial city, with Phase 1 covering approximately 1,000 hectares and a total investment of nearly VND 10,500 billion. The project is located at the southern gateway of Long Thành International Airport, offering convenient connectivity to major transport routes such as the Biên Hòa – Vũng Tàu Expressway, National Highway 51, Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 4, and the deep-water ports system of Cái Mép – Thị Vải.
The project is comprehensively planned by Nippon Koei, a leading Japanese consulting and design firm, featuring a smart operations center that integrates infrastructure, environmental, and security monitoring across the entire site.
With numerous advantages in location and infrastructure, the industrial park aims to attract specialized investors with high value-added activities, deeply participating in global supply chains. Priority sectors include semiconductor, chip, and electronic component manufacturing; aviation supporting industries; precision mechanical engineering; data centers; and smart logistics, all utilizing clean energy and advanced technologies.

In addition, the project allocates space for an Innovation Center, land fund to support small and medium-sized enterprises, and vocational training schools to provide high-quality human resources. At the same time, a system of expert housing, worker accommodations, commercial-service centers, schools, healthcare facilities, multifunctional sports areas, and integrated amenities is being developed to create a modern live-work-learn ecosystem for a high-quality workforce.
The developer will also implement comprehensive green energy solutions, including renewable energy projects in Đồng Nai, rooftop solar systems, energy storage batteries, charging stations, and centralized cooling systems. This will provide clean energy and green credits for factories within the industrial park, contributing to emission reductions, environmental protection, and supporting the goals of net zero and green industrial development.
According to the plan, alongside the investment incentive policies of Đồng Nai Province, Bàu Cạn – Tân Hiệp Industrial Park aims to attract USD 15–20 billion in FDI during the 2026–2030 period, creating jobs for over 50,000 workers, approximately 40% of whom will be high-skilled technical staff. The project is expected to complete the infrastructure of the first sub-zone and be ready to hand over land to secondary investors from Q4 2026.
Xuân Quế – Sông Nhạn Industrial Park: Driving High-Tech Industrial Development in the Long Thành Area

This integrated transportation system establishes an important corridor linking industrial parks, urban areas, and production zones in Đồng Nai Province, facilitating efficient goods circulation and quick access to domestic and international markets.

The industrial park is planned to develop according to a new-generation manufacturing and materials model, focusing on high-value-added industries that leverage advanced technologies and have strong ripple effects. Priority sectors include next-generation supporting industries, precision and electronic manufacturing, electric vehicle and battery production, pharmaceuticals, medical equipment, logistics, and industries associated with digital transformation.
Once operational, Xuân Quế – Sông Nhạn Industrial Park is expected to attract approximately USD 12.7 billion in foreign investment and create 80,000–90,000 local jobs.

Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony of Bàu Cạn – Tân Hiệp Industrial Park, Ms. Nguyễn Thị Hoàng – Vice Chairwoman of Đồng Nai Provincial People’s Committee – stated that the provincial leadership highly appreciates KN Holdings Group’s efforts and sense of responsibility in coordinating with local authorities to implement the project. The province commended the developer’s proactive approach in completing legal procedures and preparing resources, while also recognizing the support and consensus from local authorities and residents.
