KN Holdings Vice Chairwoman Lê Nữ Thùy Dương Conferred the Title of Labor Hero

On December 6, the Party Committee, People’s Council, People’s Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Đồng Nai Province held a ceremony to confer the title of Labor Hero on Ms. Lê Nữ Thùy Dương – Vice Chairwoman of the Board and CEO of KN Holdings Group (Long Thành Golf Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company).

Attending the ceremony were: General Nguyễn Trọng Nghĩa, Member of the Politburo, Secretary of the Central Party Committee, and Head of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People’s Army; Nguyễn Chí Dũng, Member of the Central Party Committee and Deputy Prime Minister; former Politburo member and former State President Nguyễn Minh Triết; former Politburo member and former National Assembly Chairwoman Nguyễn Thị Kim Ngân; along with other former Party and State leaders and representatives from central ministries, departments, and agencies.

At the conference, Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs Đoàn Thị Thu Thủy announced the decision of the State President to confer the title of Labor Hero on Ms. Lê Nữ Thùy Dương, Vice Chairwoman of the Board and CEO of Long Thành Golf Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company.

On behalf of the Party and State leadership, Nguyen Chi Dung, Member of the Central Party Committee and Deputy Prime Minister, respectfully conferred the title of Labor Hero on Ms. Lê Nữ Thùy Dương.

Speaking after receiving the prestigious title, Ms. Lê Nữ Thùy Dương expressed that being awarded the Labor Hero title is not only a personal honor but also a great joy and pride for her family and the team of colleagues who have accompanied her throughout the years. Receiving recognition from the Party and State is both a source of pride and a motivation for her to further cultivate and enhance her leadership role in developing the business sustainably, thereby creating practical value for society and contributing even more to community-oriented programs.

Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Võ Tấn Đức assessed that throughout nearly 30 years of service, Ms. Lê Nữ Thùy Dương has consistently demonstrated the courage of a pioneering leader, with modern management thinking and a vision for sustainable development. Under her leadership, the company has expanded its production and business scale, strongly applied science and technology, promoted digital transformation, and implemented numerous major projects that have made significant contributions to the province’s growth.

To date, Long Thành Golf Company has grown into a multi-industry group with the charter capital of its companies exceeding VND 25,000 billion, a project portfolio spanning nine provinces and cities across Vietnam with a total investment of over VND 120,000 billion, operating across ecosystems including urban development, tourism services, industrial-logistics zones, and renewable energy.

In Đồng Nai, the company has made significant contributions with large-scale projects, playing a major role in socio-economic development for the 2026–2030 period. Notably, it is developing three industrial parks covering a total area of over 2,200 hectares, expected to attract more than USD 30 billion in FDI and create jobs for tens of thousands of workers.

Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Võ Tấn Đức also acknowledged that, alongside her business activities, Ms. Lê Nữ Thùy Dương is a compassionate philanthropist, actively participating in social charitable initiatives. Over the past 10 years, the total contributions from her and her family to charitable and humanitarian activities have amounted to nearly VND 1,000 billion.
