KN HOLDINGS HONORED AMONG TOP 40 OUTSTANDING PRIVATE ENTERPRISES
On October 8, at the National Convention Center (Hanoi), KN Holdings Group was honorably named in the Top 40 Outstanding Private Enterprises of 2025, representing the 40-year Doi Moi journey of the Vietnamese economy.
The title was awarded by Vietnam Real Estate E-Magazine (Reatimes) in coordination with the Vietnam Real Estate Research Institute (VIRES), within the framework of the seminar “Building and Promoting the Strength of the National Business Community for the Aspiration of a Prosperous Vietnam.”
Ms. Nguyen Thi Nhung – Representative of KN Holdings Group’s Hanoi Office, received the Top 40 Outstanding Private Enterprises 2025 title on behalf of the Board of Directors.
According to the Organizing Committee, KN Holdings was highly praised for its systematic development strategy, flexible adaptability, and strong commitment to sustainable development values. Throughout 47 years of formation and development, the Group has built a multi-sector ecosystem including real estate, services, renewable energy, industrial park infrastructure and logistics, and high-tech agriculture, actively contributing to the development of the national economy.
Speaking at the event, Journalist Pham Nguyen Toan, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Real Estate Association and Editor-in-Chief of Reatimes, emphasized:“Private enterprises are not only a production force, but are also the architects of the country’s future. They are contributing to realizing the aspiration for a strong and prosperous Vietnam.”
The journey of KN Holdings is a testament to the “fire of service” that perpetually burns in the business philosophy of its two founders, Labor Hero Le Van Kiem and Labor Hero Tran Cam Nhung. Starting their business with nothing, the couple transformed simple ideas into innovative products: from pressing rubber seeds for oil to leverage domestic resources, to producing color powder for the tile industry, and then expanding into key economic sectors. It is this spirit of diligence, innovation, and perseverance that has laid the foundation for a Group carrying the DNA of “service for development.”
Having gone through nearly half a century, KN Holdings has constantly innovated and pioneered the path of green development and sustainable development. Labor Hero Le Van Kiem once shared: “We do not invest sparsely, but choose a path of in-depth development, linking the enterprise’s interests with national interests.” In parallel with business activities, KN Holdings pays special attention to social responsibility and environmental protection. Annually, the Group implements many social welfare programs, provides support for education and public healthcare, engages in gratitude and commemoration efforts, and provides disaster relief, among others.
